Our Mission

Corinth Christian Church is a family of followers of Jesus Christ who desire to honor God by applying His sufficient Word to all areas of life and ministry. We seek to do this by growing stronger, reaching out, serving together, meeting needs and strengthening others.

Our Goal is to strive to be...

  • Biblically Based
  • God's Word is our guide, authority, and conscience in everything. We stand firm where it stands firm and remain flexible where it remains flexible.
  •
  • Christ Centered
  • Jesus is Lord and Head of the Church, and it is for Him that we exist. Full devotion to Him is the mandate for the believer.
  •
  • Grounded in Grace
  • We acknowledge our complete dependence on the goodness and the Grace of God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We ourselves have benefited from the kind intention of our Heavenly Father's will and the redeeming work of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ on the cross; therefore we eagerly extend God's free gift of Grace to others.
  •
  • Spirit Led
  • We acknowledge the present day power of the Holy Spirit in lives of believers for guidance and direction.
  •
  • Committed to the Uncommitted
  • We believe that all people matter to God; therefore they matter to us. Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost and has left us in part to do the same evangelizing to those apart from God.
  •
  • Looking for Our Blessed Hope
  • We believe in the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord. This is the Blessed Hope of the church.
  •
  • Obediant To The Ordinances Of The Church
    • Baptism in Water
    • The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded in the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Savior and Lord are to baptized. Thus they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and that they also have been raised with Him to walk in the newness of life.
    •
    • Holy Communion
    • The Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements - bread and the fruit of the vine - is a symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ; a memorial of His suffering and death; and the prophecy of his second coming; and his enjoined on all believers "till He come!"
